Pork worth the crackling
Our pork belly strip is layered and succulent — score it, salt it and roast it for proper crackling. Spare ribs come meaty and ready for the smoker or a low oven, and our house-marinated chops are good to go straight on the grill.
We also carry a full range of specialty and offal cuts — trotters, hock, ear, tongue, maws and mixed offal — for traditional dishes and nose-to-tail cooking.
House-made Nem Nướng
Our house Nem Nướng — Vietnamese-style grilled pork sausage — is a customer favourite, available in 500g and 1kg packs. Grill it, serve it with rice paper, herbs and dipping sauce, and you've got a feast.
